What we do. Aurest is a software studio and venture builder. We design, build, launch and operate digital products — our own ventures and, as a partner, products for the people we work with.

Working together. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Your content & IP. You keep ownership of the materials you share with us. Ownership of the work we create together is set out in the relevant proposal or contract.

This website. This site is provided for information “as is”. We may update or change its content at any time. Product-specific terms live on each product's own site.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for this website is limited; engagement-specific liability is governed by the relevant contract. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

When you use this site or work with us, you agree to act lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer this site or our systems.
• Upload malware, run fraud or send spam through our channels.
• Harass, threaten or incite violence.

We also don't take on work that supports illegal activity, or that involves gambling, adult services, regulated financial products, controlled substances, weapons or other restricted or high-risk activities.
